Workshops Terms and Conditions

Time: 10am-6pm daily (unless otherwise stated) with break

Menu:  All courses are inclusive of full lunch and drinks. Tea & coffee with snacks is served throughout the day. We take care of all dietary needs so please advise us after your course booking.

Course cost: As advertised

Material cost: As advertised.

You might want to bring extra funds with you to buy extra materials to take home with you.

Payment plan: £100, £150 or £200 (as applicable) non-refundable deposit to book your space,

Balance payment must be paid 8 weeks before the commencement of the workshop.

Or you might wish to make full payment in one go.

FOR LONDON HAT WEEK EVENTS: Balance payment must be paid by end of January 2020 otherwise you lose your reservation and your spot will be allocated to someone else. No refund of deposit will be administered.

Cancellation Policy: We operate a no-refund  and no- cancellation policy. All sale is final.


Transfer: Spaces are in some cases transferable to another student for the same workshop booked on but this subject to The Creative Workshops’ approval.

Workshop cancellation by Organiser: Should the organiser/tutor decide NOT to run the class due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen circumstances, the student /attendee will be refunded their payment in full.

Privacy policy: We adhere to our privacy policy when dealing with any details provided by you.

Intellectual Property Rights: It is the policy of The Creative Workshops and our Tutors that students are asked to respect the concept of “Intellectual Property”.

The techniques and designs shown during the classes are purely for personal use/ purpose and are to enable the student to discover their own techniques, shapes and designs and are not intended for further educational use.

Any use of the notes in other educational establishments outside The Creative Workshops UK is not permitted without the permission of The Creative Workshops.

Replication in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise) of manuals given out at our Workshops in part or in total is not permitted unless with the prior written authorisation of owner. A declaration that confirms students understand and are in agreement with the above condition will be required to be signed by students before being allowed into our workshops.
